Terms and conditions — Ledgerra

English translation of the Dutch terms. Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

1. Scope. These terms apply to purchases of digital products through Ledgerra.
2. Product. The Ledgerra template is a digital Excel file with a user guide, intended for individual use by freelancers and sole proprietors.
3. Use. The template is intended for personal use only. Sharing, reselling or distributing the product is not permitted.
4. Delivery. After successful payment, the customer receives access to download the product.
5. Refunds. The Dutch source terms state that refunds are not offered after purchase because the product is digital. This does not override any mandatory statutory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights.
6. Liability. Ledgerra does not accept responsibility for errors in bookkeeping or tax filings arising from use of the template, to the extent permitted by law.
